[Solution] Scarve Software is not working Properly. Laser has been stuck

My laser has been stuck in low power mode on the settings with no option to click and change. I thought, deleting the scarve program and re-downloading it, would fix, but now it won't let me open a picture to edit and the edit screen does not have any of the buttons on the right side it used to.

Solution 1 of Scarve Software

If your laser engraver Scarve software is not working and laser has been stuck, please try to follow these steps to solve this problem. This is not sure, but maybe helpful.

1. Please check the hardware section of laser engraver machine. Around the laser, is there any hardware breakage or wiring problem. Move laser by hand, to check if it is moving properly or not. If everything is well, please follow further steps below.
2. Delete Scarve software from your computer, and every other driver that you installed for scarve software.
3. Restart your computer.
4. Restart mini laser engraver machine.
5. Download latest scarve software, download USB Port driver Profilic and dll missing files driver and install one by one.
6. Install USB port driver first, then install dll missing files driver and then open Scarve software.
7. Connect your laser engraver machine with your computer and put image on scarve software.
8. Open scarve software folder that you downloaded from above scarve software link (latest version) and "run it as administrator". Put image there and start engraving.
9. In the setting step of setting, make 100% laser and depth and then start engraving.
10. I hope this will start working.
