    Hello, i tried installing this version of TIA portal on win10 PC. The installation of PLCSIM gave an error but it still works. My only problem is TIA portal itself doesn't seem to be installed. I downloaded all 4 files and extracted them (7-zip), but then i end up with 4 extracted folders before installation, is this correct?

    Hello, I tried installing TIA portal for the second time after it was not installed on the first try. Now TIA portal is installed and i can open it, but when i go to configigure my device i get a popup telling me: "The licensing of STEP 7 Basic could not be completely finished because an internal error occured in the Automation License Manager". It makes it impossible to add a component to the project (Add is grayed out). Any thoughts on where i went wrong?

    OK, if i run TIA portal as admin i no longer get the error message but it still tells me the license for step 7 professional is not present. When i open the automation license manager i can see :
    -STEP7 professional v10.0
    -STEP7 professional Edition 2004 v5.3
    -STEP7 professional Edition 2006 v5.4
    -STEP7 professional Edition 20010 v5.5

    Any help would be much appreciated
