How To Calibrate Your Load Cell For Weight Measuring Machine Project

Hello and welcome to the school lesson and which we'll talk about how to kind of you a lot said first you need to set up your scale and start the sketch without a weight on the scale. Once the readings of the surveyed list that weight on the scale you need to place a known weight on that scale.

When I say only it means that you must know the weight of the thing that you placed on the scale so that you can change that calibration factor dependent on that weight. So let's say that you brought back the slice that way it's one kilogram you will put this on the load cell and start getting readings. Now let me show you this in action.

As you can see here we have zero point zero zero kilograms and the conditions after those eight. Now if we change the calibration factor here too like 15 and we uploaded the code to the Arduino. Now you will see what will happen. This is that code. Ok now it's 0 1 0 0 and the calibration factor is 15. Now I place a lot of weight on that No-Tail as you can see it's reading like 20 13 14 kilograms why the way that I placed this large scale isn't even close to these numbers. So what you do is either click plus or minus minus here or VLAs to increase or decrease the calibration factor.

And since I already know that my Lotzen calibration factor is like 8. So I keep going down until I reach eight. And now it's playing exactly what I'm basing it's like around 17 kilograms. As you can see it's 17 kilograms. So this is how you can get that and in fact you will keep increasing or decreasing the calibration factor using the plus and minus signs once you get.

In fact factor right you'll see that kilograms right. If you are placing one kilogram we will see here one kilogram you you'll know that this is the last of factor so let's say that it was 8 you will go here and the cord and define the condition factor to be eight then upload your code. And after a while you can have all of your readings without any problem.
