Because many times, when you go to program a drive, take out a drive from different panel and you are going to use that in different panel for other exercise and other process. You need to go to the factory reset setting. Because you do not know what are the parameter, which is already installed into the drive. So in that case, what we do? We wash all the parameter to factory setting.
To do that, there are some default parameters, which we use that parameter to make the drive in factory setting. Following are parameter to make it in factory default. There are two steps to do that.
Step 1: Reset the drive to factory setting.
Go to parameter setting. In p112. This p112 is reset to default parameter, which means we use this parameter 112 to reset the drive to factory setting. Resets all parameter values to factory defaults. After tha reset function is complete, this parameter will set itself back to "0". By entering value "1" in p112, it will do the drive in factory setting.Step 2: Enter motor related parameters
P101 – motor np voltageStop drive before changing this parameter.
Set to the motor nameplate rated voltage.
P102 – motor np hertz.
Stop drive before changing this parameter.
Set to the motor nameplate rated frequency.
P103 – motor ol current.
Set to the maximum allowable motor current.
P104 – minimum frequency.
Sets the lowest frequency the drive will output continuously. Min/max: 0.0/400.0 hz.
P105 – maximum frequency.
Sets the highest frequency the drive will output continuously. Min/max: 0.0/400.0 hz.
