Explanation Of Circuit Schematic Diagram And Assembly Of Weight Measuring Machine

Hello again today we will talk about that simply part of this project. First we will talk about that simply about in theory so that we know what we will do and that but after Calabar. So let's start by showing how we would connect that module to Arduino and to the roads. This is the model that we are going to connect to the road and to the Arduino board. As I mentioned earlier in the Hardware Bar It has four bins in the right background which is black white or it must be connected to the ground of the Arduino and the VCC which is red white or it must be connected to that red part or the 5 volts.

And we know we also have the D and A S.K. these two bins must be convinced that the bins in the Arduino. So you can either connect them to four or five or five or six depending on your schematic and only or the wiring. We on the left hand side we have four bins the plus and minus for excitation. They are most likely comes for a blast with a red wire.

They mine us with the black wire or the A-minus. It will be connected to the white yellow or gray way up depending on the road said that you have the glass must be connected to the Greenway up in the bottom. So for a while so muscle must be connected to these four bends four wires from you and must be protected. Two of the four wires here and the Arduino two for about excitation and two for data. And here the same two for about Barling of the excitation of the Winston bridge and two for signal.

This is how to connect that. It's seven hundred eleven for the Arduino board. And now let's take a quick look to the full assembly as you can see here in this schematic. We have the LCD display we have them with you. We have three LEDs for three categories. So let's zoom in as you can see here we have the four that up and default to the 7 connected to Ben's number five two three four and five is on the Arduino board.

And here we have the zero zero bin that have been zero that has been the one on the window connected to that data on the clock on the wall. And we are connecting the Vcc and the ground and I'm with you on this board for the sake of simplicity. Now let's take a quick look for these three LEDs. We are connecting them to 0 8 1 and 2.

Each of these is connected to the 221 resistor and the positive part of the lead while the negative volt is connected to the ground. These are the three LEDs for three categories. And this is the LCD. And again we have the R Us and E R Us and enable Benn's connected to bin number that have been number 11 under-12 on the we know.

So as you can see we have the connection here made as I mentioned earlier also in advance of the hardware requirements part of this because we have been number one three and five connected to the ground Ben. And number two is connected to the Vcc or 5 volts. This is a very straightforward connection.

But as you can see here we have been number four connected to be number 12 which is us that enable been connected which has been number six is connected to number 11. So 11:12 for all of us and enabling that NCD two three four five four that happens from the fourth to the seven and we have three bins here connected to that three LEDs that module is connected throw bins number zero onto the coil accepter can be attached to any of these bends eight nine ten six and seven thirty. Or any of our band you can choose. That's it for the connection.

And that simply I'll show you the hardware assembly of these components at the end of this course so that you can see how all of these can work together to accomplish the main task of the project which is measuring the weight from the load cell using this module and sending the we know then displaying the data on this city.

If you have any questions regarding the assembly please ask in queue on a board. I'm here to help you at howtofactory.blogspot.com web blog. I will upload this assembly in both 3D view and schematic so that it will be easier for you to connect it. Thanks for reading this article at howtofactory.blogspot.com web-blog. Please watch this video also. This is educational engineering to.
