How to Run Motor in 7 Different Reverse Forward Steps by Delta VFD PLC

We have learned the application and operation of internal plc of delta vfd and now in this article we are going to learn about, how we can reverse the direction of the motor by using internal plc of delta vfd. Now, we can see the motor is running continuously in one direction and we have to reverse the direction of the motor.

For reversing the direction of the motor, we have the parameter number 79, in delta vfd, which says plc forward and reverse motion. This is set up from 00 to 127 and by default, it is 00.  Now, what does this mean here? As I have tried to mentioned below these steps.

These are the bits we have, this says, i"0" is forward and "1" is reverse. For example, we have to run the motor in seven different steps, first step is forward, second is reverse, then third should be forward again and so on.. The it will be like "0-1-0-1-0-1-0-1-0". This is binary number we have right? So when we convert it into decimal, it will become something like 42. Set 42 in the parameter 79.
