How To Download & Upload Fatek PLC Program In Winproladder

Now, this is also an important task to download the program from the PLC  to WinProladder software, or upload PLC program from PC (WinProladder) to PLC, you have to follow these steps.

1. Open winproladder software.
2. Go to plc from the menu above.
3. Click on "online" option.
4. A new pop up will open as shown below.

In the first option, you have to check/select your connection name. I am using RS232 communication cable here, so I select "RS232". For COM port information, if you do not know in which COM port your PLC is connected. Please click on ""Auto Check" button. New pop up will appear on your screen as shown below.

Port number should be selected on "Search port" because you do not know COM port number. System will automatically search port number. Next, you have to select PLC series, you should know which model of PLC you have.  Then, click on "OK".

When you will click on "OK", system will automatically do rest of work, of COM port. If this error will appear on your screen, which indicates "COM port open fail, please check if this port is used by other program." This error means your cable is not connected properly. Check communication cable, power of the PLC, and connection with your computer.

How to Upload Fatek PLC Program to the PLC

After successfully communication, the program, which is already installed in the PLC hardware, will download to your WinProladder screen.

Now, if you have created program in WinProladder and want to upload it to the PLC. then again go to "PLC" from the menu above. Click on "Online" and click on "OK" again. A pop up will appear on your screen as shown below.

This is asking you to reload the program to the PLC. You have to click on "OK" button. When you will click on "OK", program will be reloading to the PLC as shown below.

After completing this reload process, your PLC is ready to use that program.
