How To Do Drive Pod Setting As A Source Of Operation In Allen Bradley VFD

So yeah guys this article we are going to discuss about the source of speed, or you can say source of frequency. This will show you that how you can control the frequency using the drive pod. This is below you can see, that is a drive pod.

Alright. So we sets the source of the speed reference to the drive from the parameter number p108. P108 is the parameter by which we set the source of the speed reference to the drive. P108 is by default "0". Which means the drive pod is already selected by default. If your drive pod is not working, you can put the parameter "0" to p108 parameter number to use drive pod.

One more thing, you can see the led by the potentiometer of drive pod. Which shows you that your drive pod is active and the vfd is controlled by drive pod.
